Enter and Tab move through the elements the way Final Draft does

Enter takes you to the element that usually comes next: a character name leads to dialogue, and dialogue leads back to action. Tab turns an empty line into a character name or opens a parenthetical, and in a scene heading it writes INT. and steps you to the location and the time. Each element also has its own keyboard shortcut.
