Scene Lock with scene numbers that stay put

When the script heads toward production, lock the scenes. Scene 47 stays 47, a new scene becomes 47A, and a cut one reads OMITTED. Before you lock you are told how the numbering will work, and you can unlock with a plain account of what will change.
